Leadership is at the core of what we do at École Edwards! We believe in the leadership potential of each member of our community - staff, students and parents/guardians. The foundation of leadership starts with a building a sense of belonging, ensuring there is puproseful learning opportunities, and creating experiences for students to succeed!

Students direct our monthly assemblies, morning announcements, lead student clubs and make themselves available to lead within the community through initiatives such as the AMA crosswalk patrol program, community care initiatives, and special presentations.

At École Ewards we have school-wide expectations that we regularly teach and celebrate. We encourage students to have success in their learning by making sure we:

- Belong, Care, are Independent, and Do Our Best!

We also have a school mascot named Hoot!

Web Safety: Rocky View Schools has collected a few sites that will help parents and students to navigate the world wide web safely.
Ask Kids: This search engine is designed exclusively for young people ages 6 to 12. It's a free, safe, fun way for kids and their parents to quickly and easily research school topics like science, math, geography, language arts, and history in a search environment that's safer and more age-appropriate than traditional, adult search engines.
Crayola: In the Crayola Playzone you will find one of the coolest collections of fun, creative activities and games on the web!
Dance Mat Typing: This is an introduction to touch typing for children aged 7 - 11 years. Each of the 4 levels are divided into 3 stages
Kids Click!: A web search site designed for kids by librarians - with kid-friendly results!
Power Typing: A small collection of five typing games that students can use to develop their typing skills. Power Typing also offers typing lessons for Qwerty and Dvorak keyboards.
Raz-Kids: The Raz-Kids animated leveled books and interactive quizzes give educators choices. Students listen to books read aloud, read with vocabulary and pronunciation support, and read without support. Please check with your teacher for your username and password.
Star Fall: Starfall.com opened in September of 2002 as a free public service to teach children to read with phonics.
Tux Typing: TuxTyping is an educational typing tutor for kids starring Tux, the Linux penguin. This educational game comes with two different games for practicing your typing, and having a great time doing it.
Yahoo Kids: Another search engine designed with kids in mind.
