Dear Parent(s)/Guardians,

It is a pleasure to welcome your child to Grade One.  I am looking forward to a rewarding and successful year!

This is an exciting time for ALL of us!  The students will be learning A LOT this year!

Communication between home and school is a key factor in your child’s education. Please do not hesitate to contact me at the school (403-948-5922) before 8:30 A.M. or after 3:40 P.M. or if you prefer via email (by emailing me at swigmore). Please note that I will check my email before school starts in the morning and at the end of the day – I will not check it during class time. Your child’s agenda is also a great place to write nonurgent information or questions.
